摘要
通过考查不同橡胶的耐冷媒性能,研究了作为压缩机遮流板与定涡旋之间起密封作用O-型圈的机械性能,老化性能及密封性能;并进行了6个月的装机试验,研究了O-型圈装机应用时间对密封稳定性的影响,及对压缩机性能影响的关系。研究结果表明:所研制的胶料及产品的性能完全满足压缩机遮流板与定涡旋之间的密封要求。
Anti-refrigerant properties of different rubbers were researched. Physical properties, aging properties and sealing properties of O-rings between scroll compressor cover and fixed scroll plate were analyzed, sealing property test of O-rings in working scroll compressor was carried out for 6 months. Then effect of use time on seal property of O-rings in scroll compressor was discussed. The results show that developed O-rings can meet sealing requirements.
