摘要
针对资源受限情况下新产品开发项目的进度安排问题,对原资源调配法"RSM"作出了改进,将资源冲突时刻两两比较平行工序的最早开始时间(ES)与最迟完成时间(LF)的差值,转换为寻求平行工序中持续时间最小值D和初始最迟开始时间最大值BLS,从而迅速地确定后移的工序。最后通过算例证明了改进的"RSM"法能显著减少计算量,提高运算效率。
For the problem of scheduling in new product development project under constrained-resources condition,the paper improved the original resource allocation method "RSM" by seeking the minimum value of duration(D)and the maximum value of initial latest start time(BLS)among the parallel processes at the time resource conflict exists,instead of pairwise comparison between their earliest start time(ES)and latest finished time(LF),thus rapidly confirming the processes to be moved back;An example proved that the improved "RSM" notably reduced the computational volume and increased operational efficiency.
