摘要
对我国目前在电厂检修中网络计划图应用中出现的工序调整问题、虚工序的正确画法及次关键路线的找出方法问题,给出了具体而简单的做法.
This paper proposes a concrete and concise method to solve three problems, adjustment of job procedure, correct drawing of dummy job procedure and determining of secondary critical path, emerging in application of PERT network planing for power plant servicing nowadays in our country.
