摘要
目的观察护理干预对体外震波碎石治疗泌尿系统结石的影响,探讨提高体外震波碎石治疗泌尿系统结石临床效果的护理方法。方法将泌尿系统结石患者116例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组58例。对照组采用常规专科护理,观察组在常规专科护理的基础上加行护理干预措施。比较2组患者临床疗效及术中疼痛情况。结果观察组术后总有效率为84.5%高于对照组的69.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术中疼痛总有效率为77.6%高于对照组的60.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对体外震波碎石术治疗的泌尿系统结石患者行护理干预,可明显减轻术中疼痛,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical impact of nursing intervention on extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy for urinary tract stones and discuss the nursing methods to improve its clinical effects.Methods 116 cases patients were divided into observation group and control group randomly,each of 58 cases.Control group were nursed by routine specialist care,observation group were nursed by routine specialist care and the nursing interventions.Then compared the intraoperative pain and the clinical effects after 3 postoperative months.Results The clinical effects of observation group（84.5%）were higher than that of control group（69.0%）,there had significant difference（P〈0.05）.In the intraoperative pain,the clinical effects of observation group（77.6%）were higher than that of control group（60.3%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nursing intervention on extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy for urinary tract stones should significantly reduce intraoperative pain and improve the clinical effects.
