海州湾养殖文蛤体内不同组织的重金属富集特性及其安全评价 被引量:9

Enrichment Characteristics and Contamination Evaluation of Heavy Metal in Five Tissues of Meretrix meretrix Cultured from Haizhou Bay

摘要 测定海州湾养殖池塘成体文蛤体内肝胰腺、鳃、外套膜、足和闭壳肌5个干质量组织中Cd、Cr、Pb、Ni、Cu和Zn这6种重金属的含量。结果表明文蛤5组织中闭壳肌和肝胰腺是重金属选择性富集的主要器官。Cr、Pb、Ni在5种组织中以闭壳肌的含量最高,分别高达58.981、4.298、10.873μg/g,与其余组织均有显著差异(P<0.05);而Cu和Zn则以闭壳肌的含量最低,分别为0.844、58.076μg/g,而肝胰腺中含量最高,分别达17.776、173.147μg/g,差异显著(P<0.05);相反,Cd和Ni则在肝胰腺中含量最低(0.140、4.807μg/g),与其余组织显著差异(P<0.05)。6种重金属中,Zn在5种组织中的含量最高(173.147~58.076μg/g),Cd的含量最低(0.140~0.336μg/g),Pb次之(1.549~4.298μg/g)。文蛤5组织中闭壳肌是主要的受污染组织,Cr、Ni和Pb的污染指数间于1.52~6.40,而足的污染最小,6种重金属仅Ni超标,其余污染指数为0.01~0.96;6种重金属中Ni的污染最严重,5组织均超标,污染指数P间于2.77~6.40,而毒性较强的Cd以及Cu在5组织中均未超标。 In this paper, the content of 6 heavy metals, i.e., Cd, Cr, Pb, Ni, Cu and Zn were analyzed in five dry tissues of adductor muscle, hepatopancreas, gill, mantle, foot of Meretrix meretrix cultured in Haizhou bay pond. Results indicated that adductor muscle and hepatopancreas were major heavy metal enriching tissues. The contents of Cr, Pb and Ni in adductor muscle were highest among the five tissues, and were 58.981, 4.298 μg/g and 10.873 μ g/g, respectively, which had significant difference with those in other tissues (P〈0.05). The concentration of Cu and Zn were 0.844 μg/g and 58.076 μ g/g in adductor muscle, obviously lower than that in hepatopancreas 17.776μ g/g and 173.147 μ g/g, respectively (P 〈 0.05). On the contrary, the concentration of Cd and Ni was lower in hepatopancreas (0.140 μg/g and 4.807 μ g/g) than that in the other tissues (P 〈 0.05). Among the six heavy metals, the highest content was Zn (173.147--58.076μ g/g), and the lowest was Cd (0.140-0.336μg/g), followed by Pb (1.549--4.298 μg/g). The major contaminated tissue was the adductor muscle for M. meretrix and the contamination index for Cr, Ni and Pb ranged from 1.52 to 6.40, however, there was a minor contamination in foot and the contaminative index was only 0.01 -- 0.96 except for Ni. All the five tissues were slightly contaminated by Ni and the contamination index ranged from 2.77 to 6.40, but the contamination index for Cd and Cu were in the range of national standard for health aquatic products.
