摘要
从油菜蜂花粉中提取总黄酮,研究该黄酮对自由基的清除作用。分别用水、甲醇、乙醇提取花粉中的总黄酮,用分光光度法测定黄酮对自由基的清除作用。结果表明甲醇的提取率最高为28.05%,花粉黄酮对.OH和O2-.的清除率达50%时的浓度分别为91.8、104.6μg/mL。油菜蜂花粉中的总黄酮对.OH和O2-.均有一定的清除作用。
To extract Flavonoids from bee pollen of rape.To study the scavenging activity to ·OH and O·of Flavonoids.To extract Flavonoids from bee pollen by water,methane alcohol and alcohol.To determine the free radical Scavenging activity by Spectrophotometer.The Extraction rate of Flavonoids was 28.05 % by methane alcohol.The scavenging rate to ·OH and O2^-· which was represented by the content scavenging 50 % of all radicals,were 91.8 μg/mL and 104.6 μg/mL.The Flavonoids from bee pollen of rape could scavenge free radical.
