传统治疗与加用单唾液神经节苷脂治疗外伤性视神经损伤临床疗效对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察单唾液神经节苷脂(gangliosides,GM-1)治疗外伤性神经损伤的疗效。方法 49例外伤性视神经损伤患者根据治疗方法分成2组,对照组23例,采用传统治疗方法,治疗组26例,在对照组基础上加用GM-1,治疗21d后,根据相应视力评价标准进行疗效评估。结果治疗组有效23例(88.5%),无效3例(11.5%);对照组治疗有效14例(60.9%),无效9例(39.1%)。2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 GM-1治疗能改善外伤性视神经损伤的预后。
