摘要
对三种不同体重规格的哲罗鱼(Hucho taimen)的耗氧率、耗氧量及窒息点进行测定。结果表明,哲罗鱼的耗氧率与体重呈负相关;耗氧量和窒息点与体重呈正相关。水温在13.5～15℃范围内,平均体重(0.67±0.19)g的哲罗鱼平均耗氧率为(0.72±0.08)mg.h-1.g-1,平均耗氧量为(0.48±0.06)mg.h-1.tail-1;平均体重(2.60±0.61)g的哲罗鱼平均耗氧率为(0.60±0.10)mg.h-1.g-1,平均耗氧量为(1.62±0.23)mg.h-1.tail-1;平均体重(61.83±8.44)g的哲罗鱼平均耗氧率为(0.20±0.90)mg.h-1.g-1,平均耗氧量为(12.36±6.14)mg.h-1.tail-1。在13.5～15℃温度范围内,三组哲罗鱼的窒息点分别为2.08、1.92和1.6 mg.L-1;哲罗鱼的耗氧率呈明显的昼夜变化规律,白天耗氧率明显大于夜晚;A1、A2和A3组窒息点分别为2.08、1.92和1.60 mg.L-1。
The oxygen consumption rate,oxygen consumption and asphyxiation point of three Hucho taimen were measured,of which the weight were different.The results showed that the oxygen rate was negatively correlated with weight,oxygen consumption and suffocation point were positively correlated with weight.Under the water temperature 13.5-15 ℃,the average oxygen consumption rate and oxygen consumption of Hucho taimen were 0.72±0.08 mg.h-1.g-1 and 0.48±0.06 mg.hr-1.tail-1,respectively,of which the average weight of 0.67±0.19 g;the average oxygen consumption rate and oxygen consumption of Hucho taimen were 0.60±0.10 mg.h-1.g-1 and 1.62±0.23 mg.h-1.tail-1,respectively,of which the average weight of 2.60±0.61 g;the average oxygen consumption rate and oxygen consumption of Hucho taimen were 0.20±0.90 mg.h-1.g-1 and 12.36 ±6.14 mg.h-1.tail-1,respectively,of which the average weight of 61.83 ±8.44 g.The asphyxiation point of A1,A2 and A3 were 2.08,1.92 and 1.6 mg.L-1,respectively under the water temperature 13.5-15 ℃.The oxygen consumption rate of Hucho taimen showed a diurnal patterns markedly that the oxygen consumption during day was extreme higher than that at night.
