摘要
[目的]为两种"吉富"罗非鱼的养殖结构优化及其运输提供理论依据。[方法]在恒温20±0.5℃条件下,用呼吸室法对"JNM"和"GTC"两种吉富罗非鱼的呼吸耗氧率、窒息点进行了试验。[结果]①平均体重为381.90±19.25 g的"JNM"昼夜平均耗氧率为0.069±0.022 mg/(g.h);平均体重为302.00±7.76 g的"GTC"昼夜平均耗氧率为0.033±0.017 mg/(g.h)。②两种试验鱼的耗氧率与饥饿时间呈负相关,代谢率随着饥饿程度的加深而降低。③"JNM"和"GTC"的窒息点分别是:1.54±0.17、1.70±0.23 mg/L。[结论]当温度在20±0.5℃时,"GTC"与"TNM"相比,需氧量大,窒息点低。
[ Objective IT he research aimed to provide the theoretical basis for the aquaculture structure optimization and transportation of two kind of GIFI strain Nile Tilapia. [ Method] Under constant temperature 20 ± 0.5 ℃, the oxygen consumption rate and asphyxiation point of Oreochromis JNM and Oreochromis GTC were studied by using the method of respiratory chamber. [ Result] ① The oxygen consumption rate were 0. 069 ± 0.022 mg/(g·h) for O. JNM (average weight 381.90 ± 19.25 g) and were 0.033 ± 0.017 mg/(g· h) for O. GTC (average weight 302.00 ± 7.76 g). ② The oxygen consumption rate of Oreochromis niloticus changed inversely with the starvation of fish. The metabolic rate decreased when the starvation deeped. ③The asphyxiation points were 1.54 ± 0.17 mg/L for O. JNM, were 1.70 ± 0.23 mg/L for O. GTC. [Conclusion] When the temperature at 20 ± 0.5 ℃, O. JNM cost more oxygen than O. GTC, the asphyxiation points of O. JNM was lower than O. GTC.
