黄瓜果实弯曲性状的QTL定位 被引量:5

Mapping quantitative traits loci linked to bending fruit trait in cucumber

摘要 以果实弯曲的黄瓜品种L18-10-2和果实顺直黄瓜品种D9320为父母本,获得F2分离群体,研究黄瓜果实弯曲性状的相关SSR分子标记并定位QTL。采用SSR分析技术及BSA法,通过对116对引物的筛选,得到7个SSR标记位点与黄瓜果实弯曲性状相关,其中4个即CSWCT27、CSWCT29、CSWACC02和CSWATT02位于同一连锁群上,标记间距离分别为12.1、17.5和18.2 cM,连锁群长约47.8 cM。检测到1个与黄瓜果实弯曲性状相关的QTL位点,距离最近标记的图距为2.5 cM,贡献率为9.33%。 SSR marker and QTL mapping linked to bending the fruit trait of cucumber were studied using cucumber variety L18-10-2 with bending fruit trait and variety of D9320 with straight fruit trait as parents and their F2 separate population.Total 116 pairs of primers were screened using SSR and BSA techniques,it obtained seven SSR markers.SSR markers CSWCT27,CSWCT29,CSWACC02 and CSWATT02 belonged to the same molecular marker linkage group,their genetic distances were 12.1,17.5 and 18.2 cM,respectively.The total length of linkage group was about 47.8 cM.One QTL linked to bending fruit trait of cucumber was developed.The distance between QTL loci and marker was 2.5 cM.Its contribution rate was 9.33%,which could be used as the molecular marker-assisted selection on bending trait of cucumber fruit.
