聚乙二醇对低温胁迫下玉米幼苗生理生化指标的影响 被引量:2

The Effects of Polyethylene Glycol on Physiological and Biochemical Characteristics of Corn Seedlings under Low Temperature Stress

摘要 [目的]在实验室条件下,研究聚乙二醇(PEG)对低温胁迫下玉米幼苗生理生化指标的缓解效应。[方法]在28℃条件下盆栽玉米,待玉米长到三叶期,对玉米幼苗进行8℃、3 d的低温胁迫处理,同时施用浓度30%PEG喷洒叶片,3 d后测定玉米幼苗生理生化指标的变化。[结果]受低温胁迫后玉米幼苗丙二醛、可溶性糖含量及过氧化物酶活性均显著升高(P<0.05),叶绿素含量显著降低(P<0.05);对低温胁迫下的幼苗施用浓度30%PEG后,丙二醛、可溶性糖含量以及过氧化物酶活性较低温对照组显著降低(P<0.05),叶绿素含量显著升高(P<0.05),施用浓度30%PEG后各指标均达到或超过正常对照组水平。[结论]浓度30%PEG对低温胁迫下玉米幼苗具有缓解效果。 [ Objective ] To investigate the mitigative effect of polyethylene glycbl (PEG) on physiological and biochemical characteristics of corn seedlings under low temperature stress in lab. [Method] Firstly, the corns were potted at 28 ℃. At three-leaf stage, the corn seedlings were stressed by 8 ℃ low temperature for three days. At the same time, the leaf was sprayed by PEG (30%). After three days, the physiological and biochemical characteristics of corn seedlings were determined. [ Result ] When core seedlings were stressed by low temperature, the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) and soluble sugar increased significantly (P 〈 0.05 ), and the peroxidase (POD) activity also increased ( P 〈 0. 05 ), but the content of chlorophyll decreased dramatically ( P 〈 0. 05 ). After the above stressed corn seedlings were sprayed by PEG (30%), MDA content, soluble sugar content and POD activity decreased ( P 〈 0.05), and the chlorophyll content increased ( P 〈 0. 05 ) comparing with low temperature control. All levels using PEG (30%) can reach or exceed the low temperature control. [ Conclusion] PEG (30%) has mitigative effect on corn seedlings under low temperature stress.
