摘要
作为对传统气门杆加工方法的改进,提出了新型的滚压加工方法。介绍了该工艺的工作原理、设备及工艺参数,分析了该工艺的特点和经济效益。试验及实际应用表明,气门导柱应用滚压加工工艺是一种高质量、高生产率、低成本,能提高气门使用寿命和降低发动机油耗的新型加工方法。
As the improvements on the traditional processing method of valve shank,this paper put forward a new type of trundle processing method,introduced its working principle,equipment and technology parameters and analyzed the craft＇s features and its economic benefits.The experiment and actual application have indicated that this valve shank application trundle processing is a new kind of processing method which has high quality,high productivity and low cost.Furthermore,this method can not only improve valve service lifespan but also reduce engine fuel consumption.
