摘要
通过对单体液压支柱油缸镗滚复合加工方法及工具的研究,分析了单体液压支柱油缸表面镗滚复合加工原理,参数选择、滚压力的计算、结构设计等内容,并在实际加工中进行应用。结果表明:单体液压支柱油缸采用镗滚复合加工,提高了工件的耐磨性和抗疲劳强度,特别是表面质量得到稳定的提高。两道工序改为一次完成,缩短了辅助时间,提高了生产率,降低了生产成本,是光整加工油缸表面比较理想的方法。
By investigating the boring- rolling complex process for the single hydraulic prop cylinder, the machining mechanisms, the choosing of machining parameters, the calculation of the rolling pressure and structural design during the process have been analyzed, the result of which has been successfully applied into the actual machining process. The investigation results show that, by machining single hydraulic prop cylinder with the boring - rolling complex process method, the wear resistance and fatigue strength resistance of the component has been enhanced, particularly the surface quality has been improved obviously. The machining method has merged two conventional working procedures into one, shortens the time- assisted, increases productivity and lowers production costs, on the whole, it is a relatively ideal method to finish the surface of the cylinder.
