摘要
Pti1基因在植物的抗病信号传导中起着非常重要的作用。为了研究玉米中一个类Pti1基因ZmPti1的功能,把ZmPti1的cDNA连接到植物表达载体pGreen0029中,通过农杆菌介导转入拟南芥中进行过量表达。PCR及Western-blot分析表明,ZmPti1已经转入到拟南芥中,并且在大多数转化植株中稳定表达。通过试验,为以后对ZmPti1的生物学功能验证打下基础。
Pti1 plays an important role in plant disease resistance signal transduction. To study the function of a Pti1-like gene ZmPti1 from maize, the cDNA of ZmPti1 was inserted into the expression vector pGreen0029, and over expressed in transgenic Arabidopsis thaliana. PCR and Western-blot analysis showed that ZmPti1 had been successfully transformed and was expressed in most transgenic plants. This study provide basis for further fuctional study of ZmPti1.
