盆腔应用解剖对直肠癌手术的指导作用 被引量：3

摘要 直肠癌是我国消化道最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,尤其中、地位直肠啊癌目前占我国直肠癌总数的3/4[1].手术仍然主要的治疗方法.Heald等[2]在1982年提出的全直肠系膜切除术（total mesorectal excision,TME）经过不断发展,如今已成为直肠癌手术的＂金标准＂,其概念正是基于人们对盆腔局部解剖认识的不断深化而成的.
