神经系统容积调控性Cl-通道的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 Cl^-通道广泛表达于所有的真核细胞、植物细胞、原生动物、细菌和酵母中。同其他离子通道一样,Cl^-通道参与许多细胞的生理过程,如细胞兴奋性调节、跨上皮细胞物质转运、细胞容积调节和细胞内pH调节等。此外它们还在细胞免疫应答、细胞迁移、增生、分化、凋亡中发挥重要作用。尽管Cl^-通道种类繁多,功能多样,但由于多种原因其研究较其他离子起步较晚。直到上世纪膜片钳技术的问世,才使该通道的研究进展显著。
