摘要
目的:探讨药品不良反应(ADR)文献检索在ADR评价中的作用,以及实现ADR文献检索的措施。方法:采用文献研究、数据归纳、实证分析等方法对ADR文献检索数据库及其主要检索方法进行介绍。结果:可通过主题词、自由词、栏目信息、文献类型等方法进行ADR相关文献检索。结论:各级ADR监测中心在ADR评价时应重视文献检索,并可通过订购、联网、购卡以及委托情报单位等途径来实现ADR的文献检索。
OBJECTIVE： To explore the role of ADR literature retrieval in the evaluation of ADR reports and the measure to retrieve ADR literatures. METHODS： By means of literature review, positive analysis and data reduction, ADR retrieval databases and main retrieval methods were introduced. RESULTS： The descriptor, text word, colunm information and document type can be used to retrieve ADR literatures. CONCLUSION： ADR monitoring centers should pay attention to literature retrieval when they carry out ADR evaluation. It can be realized by means of subscribing, connecting, buying cards and entrusting.
