摘要
病例对照研究应用于药品不良反应评价有其独特优势,应用Meta分析方法对多个病例对照研究进行定量的统计分析,能够提高研究的证据级别,确定药物与不良反应之间的因果关联。本文对病例对照研究的Meta分析方法在药品不良反应中的应用进行介绍。
There is distinctive advantage in the research of adverse drug reaction using by case-control study. The qualitative statistics analysis of case-control study by using Meta-analysis method can improve the grade of the evidence in research, in order to clarify the causality between drugs and their adverse reaction. This paper had demonstrated the application of Meta-Analysis method in the case-control study of adverse drug reaction.
