摘要
目的：探讨免疫抑制酸性蛋白（ＩＡＰ）检测在唾液腺恶性肿瘤中的临床意义．方法：采用单向免疫扩散法检测了２６例唾液腺恶性肿瘤患者及３０例正常对照的血清ＩＡＰ．结果：正常人血清ＩＡＰ含量为３４６±１０７μｇ／ｍｌ，唾液腺恶性肿瘤患者血清ＩＡＰ为６８１±１６３μｇ／ｍｌ，两者相比有显著性差异（ｐ＜０．０１）；肿瘤患者的ＩＡＰ阳性率高达８８．５％（２２／２６），Ⅲ～Ⅳ期患者血清ＩＡＰ水平明显高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期患者（ｐ＜０．０１），随着临床分期的增加，ＩＡＰ水平也随之增高；治疗后血清ＩＡＰ水平明显下降（ｐ＜０．０１）．结论：检测唾液腺恶性肿瘤患者血清ＩＡＰ有助于监视病情的发展，观察疗效及判断预后．
To probe into the clinical significance of levels of Immunosuppressive Acidic Protein(IAP) in patients with malignant tumors in salivery gland.Methods:Simple immunodiffusion assay were adopted to measure the IAP levels in 26 cases with maligant tumors in salivery gland and 30 controls.Results:The serum IAP levels of controls was 346107g/ml,and IAP levels in patients with malignant tumors was 681163g/ml.There was significant difference between the tow groups( p<0.01). The positive rate of IAP in patients was 88.5%(22/26),the serum IAP levels of patients in stage were obviously higher than those of stage.After treatment,the IAP levels markedly decreased.Conclusion:The detection of serum IAP can reflect the immune state of the patients,and it might be helpful to observe the disease development,assess therapeutic effect,judge prognosis.
