在分析高职院校传统教学管理模式存在的主要问题的基础上,探讨了矩阵管理在高职院校传统教学管理中的应用,并分析了其优势和应注意的问题。
After an analysis on the major problems in the traditional management in higher vocational schools,the paper probes into the application of matrix management in teaching and analyzes its advantages and things needing attention.
