摘要
目的深入了解局部冷疗对深二度烫伤创面的保护作用,以便建立稳定可靠的深二度烫伤模型。方法采用高压蒸汽烫伤仪在40只Balb/c小鼠背部建立深二度烫伤模型。将实验动物分4组,每组10只。A、B、C组分别于致伤后立即用10℃流水冷疗1h、2h、4h,D组为单纯烫伤组。于伤后即时、4h、8h、12h、24h和48h分别取材病检,观察创面深度变化、创面愈合情况及自然死亡率。结果A、B、C组伤后创面深度恒定,不随时间推移而加深,D组真皮层损伤进行性加重,至24h不再加深,伤后48h组织学改变与24h者基本一致,仍属深二度烧伤。冷疗各组创面愈合时间较对照组提早2~6d。各组均有毛发生长,但稀疏,不均匀。B组、C组于伤后72h内分别死亡2只和4只。结论烫伤后立即冷疗有助于创面深度稳定,所建模型稳定可靠。
Objective To observe the
effects of local cooling treatment on deep second degree scald wounds on mice in order to
establish stable and reliable deep second degree scald model.Methods After establishing deep
second degree scald models on 40 male Balb/c mice by high-pressure vapour scald device,the
experimental animals were divided into 4 groups of ten each.Group A,B and C were immediately
treated with 10flowing water for 1 h,2 h and 4 h respectively.Group D was only bound as control.
The samples was harvested at 0,4h,12h,24h and 48h post-scald to observe the changes of
wound depth,the time of wound healing and natural mortality rate. Results The wound depths in
group A,B and C were stable and did not deepen with time passing.The damage of dermis in
group D gradually worsened till 24h,and their histological changes at 48h showed no difference
with those at 24h,which were still deep sceond degree scald wounds.The time of wound healing
of every cooling treatment groups was earlier from 2 to 6 days than that of control group.Hair
growth appeared in each group.During the first 72 hours,2 mice died in group B and 4 mice in
group. Conclusions Local cooling treatment lasting 1h immediately given post-scald might
contribute to establish a stable and reliable deep second degree wound model.
