摘要
焦炉集气管压力控制系统是一个耦合严重、具有严重非线性、扰动频繁剧烈的多变量时变系统。采用传统的PID控制方法进行压力控制,难以达到良好的控制效果。通过设计一种模糊PID控制器,应用模糊算法在线自动整定PID参数的方法,将其应用于焦炉集气管压力控制系统。仿真实验和实际应用结果表明,该模糊PID控制方法较常规PID控制和单纯的模糊控制具有更好的控制性能,提高了焦炉集气管压力控制的鲁棒性和控制精度。
The collecting pipe pressure control system of coke oven is a multivariable time-varying system with serious copula,non-linear and frequent strong disturbance.It is difficult to achieve good controlling effect to use traditional PID pressure control method.Designing a fuzzy PID controller is applied to fuzzy algorithm on-line automatic setting method for PID parameters,which is used in collecting pipe pressure control system of coke oven.Simulating and practical application results show that this fuzzy PID control method compared with the conventional PID control and the pure fuzzy control has the better control performances,which enhances the robustness and control precision of collecting pipe pressure control.
