摘要
予先在黄瓜幼苗第一片真叶用黄瓜炭疽病菌(Colletotrichum lagenarium)诱导接种,可获得对该病菌的系统抗病性。诱导接种13天后,病叶率、病斑数目及病斑大小均明显低于对照。诱导抗性可保持31天以上。两种化学物质,苯基硫脲和草酸,同样具有诱导抗性的作用。田问试验证明,用黄瓜炭疽病菌进行诱抗接种,不仅获得对该菌的抗性,而且对黄瓜霜霉病菌亦表现一定抗性。
The first inoculation with C.lagenarium provided obvious systimatic re- sistance agaist the pathogen in the challenge inoculation.The results show a 41% reduction in incidence of leaf symptoms,87% reduction in spot coats per leaf and 92% reduction in lesion size 13 days after the first inoculation(induc- ing inoculation)with C.lagenarium.The duration of induced systematic re- sistance was evaluated.The results showed that protection remained for at le- ast 31 days after the inducing inoculation.Two chemicals,Phenylthiourea and Oxalic acid,were also able to induce resistance against C.lagonarium.Field experiment was carried out from May to June.The investigation suggested that plants fully expanded three leaves were sprayed with 10~5 cells spore sus- pension acquired resistance not only to C.lagenarium also to Pseudoperonospora cubensis (downy mildew).The effect of inducing resistance was compared to sprayed Ridomil.
