用病原制剂诱导黄瓜对霜霉病抗性的研究 被引量:11

Pesearches of Inducing Resistance to Downy Mildewof Cucumber with Pathogen Preparations

摘要 在黄瓜幼苗子叶期及第一真叶期(叶横宽5cm时)用高温灭活后的黄瓜霜霉菌孢子囊悬液及黄瓜菌核病果组织(病果及菌丝)浸出液进行诱导接种,可使黄瓜植株产生对黄瓜霜霉病的抗病性。在自然病原激发病害试验中,经菌核病果浸出液诱导处理的植株,其病株率未降低,病叶率比ck降低29.87%,相对免疫效果为33.52%;经失活霜霉菌孢子囊悬液诱导处理的植株,其病株率比ck降低10.00%,病叶率降低43.68%,相对免疫效果为43.25%。在人工接种病原激发病害试验中,经茵核病果浸出液诱导的植株,其病株率比ck降低10.00%,病叶率降低37.14%,相对免疫效果为44.15%;经霜霉菌孢子囊悬液诱导处理的植株,病株率比ck降低30.00%,病叶率降低53.11%,相对免疫效果为1.48%。若只在子叶期进行一次诱导接种,其抗病性与ck无显著差异。 It can make cucumber plants resistant to Downy Mildew of cucumber when cucumber seedlingswrer treated with suspendedliquid of heat—killed spore of Downy Mildew of cucmber and extracts of Sclerotia Diseased fruit tissues of cucumber in the stage of cotyledon splituing as well as the stage of the first true leaf emergeace(leafwidth5cm). In the experiment of a natural disease infection, rate of deseased plant of which were induced with estracts of Sclerotia Diseased fruit tissues of coucumber had no dropping, and its rate of deseased leaf was 29.87% lower than that of thecontrol, relative immunization efficiency was 33.53%; Rate of deseased leaf and diseased plant of which wereinduced with suspended liquid of heat—killed spore of Downy Mildewof cucumber wrer 43.68% and 10% lwer, respectively, than that of the control relative immunization efficiency was 43.25%. In the experiment of an artificially inoculated desease, rate of deseased leaf and deseeaed plant of which were induced with extracts of Sclerotia Disease fruit tissues of Cucumber wrer 37.14% and 10.00%, respectivly, than that of the control, rela—tive immunization efficiency was 44.15%; Rate of diseased leaf and diseased plant of which were induced with supended liquid of heat—killed spore of Downy Mildew of cucumber wrer 53.11% and 30.00% lower, respectively, than that of the control, relative immunization efficiency was 1.48%. There were no obvious the defferences in resistance between the control and the treatments of which the Seedlings were only induced in the seage of the coty—ledon splitting.
