首钢综合污水回用于循环冷却水系统的动态模拟实验 被引量:3

摘要 钢铁企业综合污水经污水厂处理后作为循环冷却水系统的补充水,是解决新水用量大问题和减少外排水的有效途径之一。以首钢污水处理厂出水和除盐水的混合水(TDS分别为700 mg/L和500 mg/L)为动态模拟系统补充水,采用药剂控制方法,年污垢沉积率14.63~18.09 mg/(cm2.月),腐蚀速率小于0.03 mm/a,循环水的费用为0.0174元/t,可以实现安全回用。 In order to reduce the water that an iron and steel industry intakes and discharges,it should be one of effective solutions to reuse treated integrated wastewater as circulating cooling water.Under the control of water quality stabilizer,the research takes water with TDS of 700 mg /L and 500 mg /L,which consist of integrated wastewater and demineralized water as recirculating cooling water.The rate of deposition of encrustation in the steel tube is 14.63 ~ 18.09 mg /cm2,and the corrosion rate is 0.03 mm /a,which shows clearly that the water quality stabilizer can work effectively.The cost of makeup water is 0.0174 Yuan /t of system 1 and 0.0334 Yuan /t of system 2.The research indicated that,with water quality stabilizer,water consists of integrated wastewater and demineralized water can be used as recirculating cooling water safety and economically.
