摘要 分析了管道腐蚀对供热系统能耗的影响,对供暖期使用pH值为7.0和10.0的循环热水及非供暖期采取管道养护技术后管道主要发生的腐蚀反应进行了研究,对非供暖期采取的化学水溶液、自来水、氮气养护3种管道养护技术的成本进行分析。供暖期内,调整循环热水的酸碱度,使循环热水的pH值达到10.0,可使供热管道内主要发生的吸氧腐蚀速率明显下降。非供暖期内,采用氮气养护技术,供热管道内腐蚀情况极轻微,不影响正常的维修和施工。 The influence of pipeline corrosion on the energy consumption of heat-supply system is analyzed. A study is made on the circulating hot water of pH 7.0 and 10.0 used during heating period and the main corrosion reaction of pipeline that has used the maintenance technology during non-heating period. The cost of three kinds of pipeline maintenance technology including chemic aqueous solution, running water and nitrogen, used during non-heating period is analyzed. Regulating pH value of the circulating hot water up to 10.0 during heating period can significantly reduce the oxygen absorption rate in heating pipeline. The corrosion in heat-supply pipeline is to a small extent when the nitrogen maintenance technology is used during non-heating period, and the regular maintenance and construction are not affected.
