摘要
于1998年初开始进行医院人事管理制度改革。改革的内容包括:①调整管理机构和专业结构,理顺关系,减员增效;②建立新的用人制度,人人高标准工作;③建立新的工资分配制度,贯彻按劳分配原则;④建立干部聘任制。由于准备充分、方案稳妥、配套措施得力,人事制度改革进展顺利,收效显著。
Reform in our hospitals system of personnel management started in early 1998.The steps taken are as follows.Adjustments were made in the setups of administration and specialty,which have been rationalized in order to reduce staff and increase benefits.A new personnel system was established,which sees to it everyone sets high demands on themselves in their work.A new wage system was set up to make sure that the principle of distribution according to work is implemented.The system of cadre engagement was adopted.Owing to careful preparation,prudent planning,and timely adoption of efficient supporting measures,reform in the personnel system has been going on smoothly,attaining marked results.
