苯磺酸氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀对高血压的疗效观察 被引量：8

摘要 目的分析苯磺酸氨氯地平和阿托伐他汀联合治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效,并对其安全性进行评价。方法将138例原发性高血压患者随机分为两组,观察组69例,采用苯磺酸氨氯地平和阿托伐他汀联合治疗;对照组69例,采用单纯苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,比较观察两组的临床疗效、血压、脉压及血脂水平的变化,记录不良反应。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苯磺酸氨氯地平和阿托伐他汀联合治疗原发性高血压能够明显提高临床疗效,降低患者的血压、脉压,改善血脂状况,是一种良好的降压联合用药方案。
