钛醋酸纤维素反渗透膜 被引量:6

摘要 本文对钛醋酸纤维素反渗透膜制膜工艺和膜性能进行了研宄。结果表明,用甘油—正丙醇为添加剂,蒸发时间0~30 S,预热处理温度75℃,时间3 min,可得到20 kg/cm^2压力下脱盐率在95—99%;水通量达1.0—2.5 ml/cm^2·h的反渗透膜。钛醋酸纤维素膜具有一定的耐热性,可在较高温度下使用。钛醋酸纤维素溶解性能与醋酸纤维素相似,为白色不透明粘液。x—射线衍射和热重分析显示钛醋酸纤维素为无定形固体,热稳定性比醋酸纤维素有所提高,空气中可达335℃。 The casting process and reverse osmosis (RO) properties of Titanium cellulose acetate (TiCA) membrane have been studied. It was found that the casting solution consisting of TiCA, acetone, glycerine—1-propanol was suitable for the casting of TiCA RO membrane. And in the conditions of 3-30s evaporation time and 3-5min. pre-treatment with 75℃ water, a satisfactory membrane with 95-99% of salt rejection and 1.0—2.5ml/cm^2. h of water flux could be obtained. The TiCA RO membrane could be used at higher working temperature as compared with CA membrane. The solubility of TiCA was almost as the same as CA. X-ray and TGA data showed that TiCA was a nearly amorphous substance and had a higher thermal stability in the air than CA.
