血管内皮生长因子165和神经丛素A1在舌癌中的表达及其对预后影响的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)165和神经丛素(Plexin)A1在舌癌组织中的表达,并探讨其与舌癌临床病理特征的关系和对预后的影响。方法采用免疫组化方法检测46例舌癌组织及15例正常舌组织中VEGF165及PlexinA1的表达。结果 VEGF165在正常舌组织和舌癌组织中阳性表达率分别为13.3%(2/15)和78.3%(36/46),2组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=20.30,P<0.05),PlexinA1在正常舌组织和舌癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为20.0%(3/15)和54.3%(25/46),2组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.37,P<0.05);舌癌组织中VEGF165及PlexinA1的表达与患者的年龄、性别、病理分级、有无淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小、临床分期均不相关(P>0.05);VEGF165和PlexinA1在舌癌组织中的表达呈正相关(r=0.36,P<0.05);本组患者的1、3年生存率分别为76.1%、58.7%,VEGF165阳性组和VEGF165阴性组的1、3年生存率分别为72.2%、50.0%和90.0%、90.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.247,P<0.05)。PlexinA1阳性组和PlexinA1阴性组的1、3年生存率分别为72.0%、44.0%和80.6%、76.2%,2组比较差异有统计意义(χ2=4.419,P<0.05)。结论 VEGF165及PlexinA1在舌癌组织中高表达,与舌癌血管发生有一定的关系,对舌癌的发生、发展可能有一定的协同作用,可作为舌癌患者不良预后的预测指标。 Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor 165(VEGF165) and PlexinA1,and explore its correlation to prognosis and clinicopathologic factors of the carcinoma of tongue.Methods The expression of VEGF165 and PlexinA1 was assessed by immunohistochemistry in 46 specimens of the carcinorma of tongue tissues and 15 specimens of normal tongue tissues.Results The positive rates of VEGF165 in the normal tongue tissues and the carcinoma of tongue tissues were respectively 13.3%(2 /15) and 78.3%(36 /46),there was significantl difference between the two groups(χ2 = 20.30,P〈0.05),the positive rates of PlexinA1 in the normal tongue tissues and the carcinoma of the tongue tissues were respectively 20.0%(3 /15) and 54.3%(25/46),and there was also significant difference between the two groups(χ2 = 5.37,P〈0.05).Both the expression of VEGF165 and PlexinA1 had no correlations with the clinical factors including age,gender,histological differentiation,lymphatic metastasis tumer size and clinical stage(P〉0.05).The expression of VEGF165 was in significant correlation with that of PlexinA1 in the carcinoma of tongue(r = 0.36,P〈0.05).The overall survival rates of 1,3 years were respectively 76.1% and 58.7% in the whole group.In VEGF165 positive and negative groups they were respectively 72.2%,50.0% and 90.0%,90.0%,and there was significant difference in survival rates between the two groups(χ2 = 4.247,P〈0.05).In PlexinA1 positive and negative groups they were respectively 72.0%,44.0% and 80.6%,76.2%,there was also significant difference between the two groups(χ2 = 4.419,P〈0.05).Conclusions VEGF165 and PlexinA1 were highly expressed in the carcinoma of tongue tissues,they might accelerate the angiogenesis,and had some synergistic effects on the genesis and development of the carcinoma of tongue.The positive expression of VEGF165 and PlexinA1 may be poor prognostic predictors for the patients of the carcinoma of tongue.
