摘要
目的:分析病态造血在骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)中的特点及诊断价值。方法:收集2004年5月~2009年10月以2001年世界卫生组织(WHO)MDS分型标准[1]为诊断标准的MDS102例,分别进行骨髓细胞学检查,外周血涂片检查。结果:MDS特征性形态学诊断依据,粒系为Auer小体,双核粒细胞,微核;红系为奇数核及核出芽;巨核系为淋巴样小巨核;外周血片出现原始粒细胞及巨核细胞。结论:细胞形态学是MDS的重要基础诊断手段。诊断早期的MDS需结合其他的检测技术以提高MDS诊断的准确率。
Objective:To investigate the characteristics and diagnosis value of dysplasiain myelodysplastic syndrome.Methods:102 samples with MDS were collected between May 2004 and September 2009.Based on the diagnostic standard of WHO MDS classification,all cases were detected on bone marrow pathological assay,peripheral blood cytomorphology.Results:The characteristic cytomorphological diagnosis basis of MDS could be:granular Auer bodies,binuclear granular cell,micronucleus;erythroid nuclear budding or the odd number nucleus;micronucleus was the lymphoid small micronucleus;myeloblast or megakaryocytes in peripheral blood.Conclusion:Cytomorphologic assay was the important basis for the diagnosis of MDS,other detection methods is required for enhance the rate of accuracy in the early diagnosis of MDS.
