复方甘草酸苷注射液联合西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹临床观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的:探讨复方甘草酸苷注射液联合盐酸西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效和安全性。方法:将86例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组复方甘草酸苷注射液40ml,1d1次静点;盐酸西替利嗪片10mg,1d1次口服。对照组盐酸西替利嗪片10mg,1d1次口服,疗程均为21d。结果:治疗第21天观察组有效率为86.67%,对照组有效率为63.41%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷注射液联合盐酸西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹优于单纯使用盐酸西替利嗪治疗。
