摘要
目的观察复方甘草酸苷注射液辅助西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法80例慢性荨麻疹患者随机均分为对照组和治疗组,前者口服西替利嗪片10mg/d,后者在此基础上静脉滴注复方甘草酸苷注射液40ml/d,均治疗2wk,评价其疗效。结果对照组和治疗组总有效率分别为65.0%、92.5%,2组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷可辅助西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹。
OBJECTIVE： To observe the therapeutic effect of treating chronic urticaria with compound glycyrrhizin concomitant with cetirizine.METHODS： A total of 80 patients with chronic urticaria were enrolled, the control group were randomly assigned to receive oral cetirizine tablet 10mg/d for 2 weeks, and the treatment group to receive compound glycyrrhizin injection 40ml/d and cetirizine 10mg/d for 2 consecutive weeks,then the curative effects of the 2 groups were evaluated .RESULTS： The total effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 65.0% and 92.5%, respectively and there was significant difference between the 2 groups（P〈0.05） .CONCLUSION：Compound glycyrrhizin can be used as an assistant of cetirizine in the treatment of chronic urticaria.
