摘要
采用精确双重螺旋法加工弧齿锥齿轮大轮时,使用双面刀盘、刀倾展成切齿法.加工时,机床和工件的相对运动可以看成是一对弧齿锥齿轮的啮合传动,其中一个齿轮是工件,另一个齿轮称为产形轮,它的轴线是机床的摇台轴线,齿面是刀盘的刃锥面.根据齿轮啮合原理,确定出产形轮的螺旋角,节锥距等几何尺寸,推导出加工大轮时机床调整参数的计算公式.
Two-side cutter and tilted cutter spindle generating method was used while the spirialbevel gears was generated by the EXACT DUPLEX HEIICAL METHOD.The relative motion between the machine and workpiece was semed to be the spirial bevel gears transmission,in which, one was theworkpiece,another was called generating gear,its axis shaft line was that of the machine cradleand itstooth surface was the bevel surface of the cutter,This paper determined the helical angle of the genera-ting gear and geometric sizes of nodal bevel distance,The calculating formula of machine setting of gene-rating the gear according to the engagement principle.
