摘要
目的探讨小儿腹股沟斜疝小横切口不缝皮手术治疗的临床应用价值。方法采用小横切口不缝皮疝囊高位结扎治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝312例。结果经随访无一例阴囊血肿,无一例疝复发,切口愈合良好。结论该手术方法切口小、损伤轻、并发症少、住院时间短、恢复快、复发少,适宜在基层医院推广。
Objective To inquire into the clinical applied value of the surgical treatment of repairing the children＇s oblique inguinal hernia by projecting on small transverse incision through internal ring. Methods The high ligation of hernia sac through small transverse incision （ out of suture） was performed to treat 312 patients with children＇s oblique inguinal hernia. Results After followed up, no scrotal hematoma happened, no recurrence, the incision healed well. Conclusion This operative method is effective early to treat the children＇s oblique inguinal hernia with lower operation, little trauma, higher cure rate, less pain and short period in hospital. It is suitable to be popularized in grass - root hospitals.
