摘要
目的分析小切口治疗小儿腹股沟疝的临床疗效.方法回顾性分析传统手术治疗小儿疝气200例(传统手术治疗组)及腹横纹下小切口治疗小儿腹股沟疝500例(小切口手术治疗组)的临床资料,对两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后自主活动时间及并发症进行比较.结果小切口手术治疗组在手术时间,术中出血量、术后自主活动时间及有关并发症较传统手术明显减少(P<0.05),效果优于传统手术治组.结论腹横纹下小切口治疗小儿腹股沟疝气具有手术时间短、术中出血少,术后恢复正常活动早、并发症少的优点,是值得推广的治疗方法.
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of small incision surgery on pediatric inguinal henia.Method The clinical data of 200 cases with pediatric henia treated by traditional surgery and 500 cases by small incision surgery were analyzed retrospectively,including surgery time,bleeding volumn during surgery,locomotor activity time after surgery and related complication.Result Compared with traditional surgery,surgery time and postoperative locomotor activity time were shortened in small incision surgery group,bleeding volumn during operation decreased,the incidence of related complications declined,and the effect was better（P0.05）.Conclusion Small incision surgery by abdominal pattern for pediatric henia has shorter operation time,little bleeding volumn,shorter locomotor activity time after surgery and fewer related complication,and deserve popularizing.
