摘要
研究了在碱性介质中,空气氧化Mn(Ⅱ)为Mn(Ⅳ)后,在酸性介质中Mn(Ⅳ)氧化二安替比林邻溴苯基甲烷(DAoBM)生成橙色产物,λ_(max)=480nm,ε=5.62×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。锰的含量在0~20μg/25ml内符合比耳定律,用于钢铁样品中锰的测定,结果满意。
A highly selective method for the photometric determination of manganese is reported in this paper. The Mn ( Ⅳ ) is oxidized to Mn ( Ⅳ ) preliminarily in an alkaline medium. Then the solution is acidified di-antipyryl orthobromophenyl methane is added and it is oxidized by Mn (Ⅳ) producing an orange colored product which has an absorption maxima at 480nm. The apparent molar absorptivity calculated is 5. 62×10~4L ·mol^(-1) ·cm^(-1). Beer's law holds in the range 0~20μg of manganese in a total volume of 25ml. The proposed method has been applied to the analysis of steel samples with satisfactory results.
