中部地区要尽快发展必须弱化劣势,强化优势,创造条件,促使劣势向优势的转化,只有这样,中部地区才能在我国社会主义市场经济建设中,与经济发达地区进行抗衡,参与相互竞争,并在互补长短的竞争中得以更快更好的发展。
In order to promote the development of the midland of China as soon as possible,diligence must be paid to attenuate its inferiority,strengthen the superiority,and create beneficial conditions to induce the transformation of inferiority to superiority.This is the only way for the middle area to carry on contends and participate the mutual competition with the economical developed area in socialist market economy construction of our country.The midland must learn from strong points of developed area to offset its own weaknesses to acquire a faster and better development.
