摘要
在"东部大发展"和"西部大开发"的现实背景下,通过对2000年以来中部与东部、西部的主要经济社会发展指标进行对比分析,来透视"中部塌陷"的问题。针对中部地区的现状和经济社会发展态势提出谨防"中部塌陷",加快"中部崛起"的战略构想,涵括了发展思路、发展目标、发展模式和发展方略。
Under the realistic background of 'Eastern Expanding' and 'Western Development' we can analyze the problem of 'Central Downfall' by contrasting major indicators on economic and social development since 2000. With the actuality and trends of economic and social development of Central China, we give strategic conception of keeping it from downfall and expediting rise,including developmental ideas,developmental objects,developmental models and developmental strategies.
