摘要
复配了4种无氯复合水泥助磨剂,研究了它们对复合水泥粉磨的助磨作用及其对水泥标准稠度用水量、凝结时间、胶砂强度等各项性能的影响。结果表明:该系列复合助磨剂提高了水泥比表面积,降低了45μm筛余值;不含Cl-,对水泥的性能无损害,且能提高水泥胶砂强度。其中,当FZ5以水泥质量0.1%掺加到熟料中,水泥3d、28d抗压强度分别提高32.2%和24.5%,使配制的混凝土强度提高了一个等级。
The effect of no-chlorine grinding aids on cement grinding performance water requirement of normal consistency, setling time and strength of mortar was studied. The results sllowed that by the grinding aids cement specific surfaee increased as the 45 rn pereentage retained decreased, and there was no CI whieh not only had no harm to cement performance but also could improve the strength of cement motar. Furthermore, when the adding rate of FZ5 grinding aids is 0.1%, the 3 d,28 d compressive strength will increase by 32.2%,24.5% respectively whieh means the strength of related proporlioned concrete will reach a higher grade.
