摘要
花色苷是果实的重要色素之一,花色苷的合成与积累受内外环境的调控。综述了近几年来果实花色苷生物合成的研究进展,重点介绍了外界因子对花色苷合成的影响,综述了提高果实花色苷含量的技术措施及今后需探讨和解决的一些问题。
Anthocyanin is one of the most important pigments for the fruits,anthocyanin synthesis and accumulation are regulated by internal and external factors.The recent research on fruit anthocyanin biosynthesis is summarized in this paper.Highlighted external factors on the synthesis of anthocyanin,Summarized the technological measures to increase anthocyanin content of fruit and proposed the problems that need to be discussed and resolved in future.
