摘要
以芦丁为标样,用分光光度法分析了20个不同桑品种春秋叶的黄酮类化合物总量,不同品种桑叶中,春叶黄酮含量为11.71~26.61mg/g,秋叶为9.84~29.60mg/g.鲜叶直接测定,风干和烘干3种预处理比较,鲜叶黄酮含量最高.热水、30%乙醇水溶液经半小时回流,提取率大于95%.用高效液相色谱法测定了桑叶黄酮类化合物的组成,结果表明,桑叶中至少含有4种黄酮化合物。
Flavonoid content in mulberry leaves from 20 species is deteminded by spectrophotometic method using rutin as standard sample.Flavonoid content in spring leaves varies from 11.71 to 26.61 mg/g according to species and from 9.84 to 29.60 mg/g in autumn leaves.The flavonoid extract rate with three different sample pretreatments is stuied.The fresh leaves have the highest flavonoid content.Flavonoid extract rate is over 95% using hot water and 30% alcohol as solvent respectively.Flavonoid ingredients are distinguished and detemined with HPLC.The results show that mulberry leaves contain four flavonoids,two of which are rutin and quercetin.
