摘要
目的:探讨综合护理干预对前列腺癌患者社会支持的影响。方法:将50例前列腺癌患者随机分为实验组和对照组各25例,对照组给予常规护理干预,实验组给予综合护理干预。采用"社会支持评定量表"评定、比较两组患者的社会支持情况。结果:实验组患者客观支持、主观支持、支持利用度评分及社会支持总分均高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:综合护理干预可提高前列腺癌患者的社会支持。
Objective ： To discuss the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on social support for patients with prostate cancer. Methods ： 50 patients with prostate cancer were randomly divided into experimental and control groups （ 25 cases for each group）. The patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention and the patients in the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing intervention. The ＂social support rating scale＂ was used to assess and compare the status of social support between the two groups. Results ： The scores of objective support, subjective support , utilization of support and the total scores of social support were higher in the experimental group than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the social support for patients with prostate cancer.
