摘要
由于设计规范的要求,设置储气井(瓶)的常规CNG加气子站不适宜与加油站合建。无需设置储气井(瓶)的液压增压橇式加气子站和液压压缩机式加气子站能够满足规范的要求,与加油站合建。对这两种形式加气子站的工艺流程、主要设备、总平面设计、主要特点进行了探讨,对两种形式的加气子站进行了比较,分析了各自的适用条件。
The conventional CNG secondary filling station with gas storage well (cylinder) is unsuitable to be jointly built with gasoline filling station due to the requirement of the design code. Both hydraulic boosting skid-mounted gas secondary filling station and hydraulic compressor gas secondary filling station without gas storage well (cylinder) jointly are built with gasoline filling station to meet the requirement of the code. The process flow, main equipment, general plan design and main characteristics of the two types of gas secondary filling stations are discussed. The two types of gas secondary filling stations are compared, and their respective applicable conditions are analyzed.
