摘要
用水蒸汽及氧、氮混合气对失活FX-01催化剂在中试装置上进行原位再生可行性实验,并对再生后催化剂的酸量、炭含量及本征活性进行了测定.结果表明,酸量可部分恢复,本征活性可恢复70%~76%,晶相未遭破坏,除炭完全.此再生操作方便,开车工况与采用新鲜催化剂相似,初步证明该再生方法可行.
The amount of acid and coke deposited, crystal structure and intrinsic activityof regenerated FX-01 catalyst for isopropylbenzene production were investigated. Theresults show that the coke deposited on FX-01 catalyst can be burned off by usingmixture of water vapor, oxygen and nitrogen at 350-400℃, and 100% coke can beremoved, the acid amount can be partly regained, the pore structure of catalyst is nearlyas same as the fresh catalyst 70%~76% of intrinsic activity can be restored. Comparedwith fresh catalyst, the regenerated FX-01 catalyst has same curve of temperature rise asthe fresh catalyst.
