摘要
在用直径为2.7~3.0mm球型FX-01催化剂填充的用于合成异丙苯三相鼓泡反应器中,其苯、丙烯反应生成异丙苯过程为外扩散控制[1]。欲提高反应程度,必须从控制步骤入手。在140、160和180℃三个温度下,比较了0.9、1.5MPa下的反应程度,结果为低压下反应程度高;在此三个温度条件下,做了苯质量空速1、2、3和3.8h-1时的对比试验。结果表明,空速增加,反应程度提高。
