64层CT结合图像重建技术检测冠状动脉起源异常的临床应用 被引量:3

Clinical application of 64 slice CT angiography combined with reconstruction technique on coronary artery origin anomalies

摘要 目的:探讨64层CT冠状动脉成像结合重建技术在检测冠状动脉起源异常(CAOA)中的临床应用,为CAOA的诊断提供无创性检查方法。方法:连续收集2000例成功完成64层CT冠状动脉检查者的资料,运用多平面重建、曲面重建、最大密度投影、容积再现和仿真内窥镜技术分析冠状动脉的起源情况。结果:本组共检出CAOA37例,男性26例,女性11例,男女性别组检出率比较经卡方检验差异无显著性(P>0.05)。其中,右冠状动脉起源异常13例(35.14%),左前降支和/或回旋支起源异常22例(59.46%),左右冠状动脉同时高位起源1例(2.70%),左单一冠状动脉1例(2.70%)。结论:64层CT结合图像重建技术能无创显示CAOA,其检出率为1.85%。
