摘要
目的: 介绍几种新型注射剂及其临床应用前景。方法: 通过文献检索和资料汇总,对目前市场上新型注射剂的原理、特点及临床使用状况进行综述。结果: 利用纳米材料、微球、脂质体等技术,注射剂由过去的单一剂型发展为多种类、多优点的新型注射剂,以缓控释注射剂发展最快。结论: 相比于普通注射剂,新型注射剂在生物相容性、药物靶向性、毒副作用、长短效/控释方面表现出一定优势,但临床广泛应用的品种还很有限。
Objective: To introduce several new injections and its prospect in clinical application. Methods: Based on literature retrieval and data summary, the principles, characteristics and clinical utilization of new injections on current market were surveyed. Resaxlts: Injections with multi-species, and multi-virtues have been developed by use of nano-materials, microspheres, liposomes and other technology, among of which sustained/controlled- release injections stand out. Conclusions: Compared with normal injections, the new injections demonstrate some advantages in the aspects of biocompatibility, drug targeting, ADRs, efficiency, but the types widely used in the clinic are still very limited.
