摘要
目的为药物剂型的研发和临床用药选择提供参考。方法检索Ready-to-Use(RTU)型药物的相关文献,总结其临床应用的优势。结果RTU型药物可与给药系统结合,无需配置即可使用。在疾病治疗方面,可缩短救治准备时间,减少延时给药风险,改善救治结局,提高患者用药的自我管理能力。在用药安全方面,可降低相关血流感染、局部感染的发生率,减少医疗事故的发生,化学、生物、辐射、核(CBRN)事件发生时减少医务人员的职业暴露。结论随着研发技术的提升,药物种类的扩展,RTU型药物将来可能逐渐取代安瓿瓶等小针剂的使用,为临床患者和医务人员带来获益与便利。
Objective To provide a reference for the research and development(R&D)of drug dosage forms and the selection of clinical medication.Methods The studies related to the Ready-to-Use(RTU)drugs were searched,and the advantages of their clinical application were summarized.Results without configuration.In terms of disease treatment,RTU drugs could shorten the preparation time for treatment,decrease the risk of delayed administration,improve the treatment outcome and the self-management ability of patients.In terms of drug safety,RTU drugs could decrease the incidence of related bloodstream infection,local infection,medical accidents,and they could also decrease the occupational exposure of medical personnel in the events of chemical,biological,radiological and nuclear(CBRN).Conclusion With the improvement of R&D technology and the expansion of drug varieties,RTU drugs may gradually replace ampoules and other small injections in the future,which will bring benefits and convenience to clinical patients and medical personnel.
