摘要
目的分析非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术(Offpump coronary artery bypass,OPCAB)后低氧血症的影响因素,探讨有效的护理措施。方法回顾性分析62例OPCAB患者临床资料和14例低氧血症的护理措施,对患者的年龄、性别、吸烟史、慢性支气管炎史、术前肺功能、冠脉病变、术后LVEF、肺部感染与低氧血症进行相关性分析。结果 CABG患者吸烟史、术前肺功能异常、术后LVEF及并发肺部感染与低氧血症有显著相关;而年龄、性别、慢性支气管炎、冠脉病变与低氧血症无显著相关。结论 OPCAB术后低氧血症与多种因素有关,术后严密的监护及高质量的护理,可使术后低氧血症得到改善和纠正。
Objective To analyze the related factors of hypoxemia for patients after off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting,and to study the nursing interventions of hypoxemia.Method Clinical data,such as age,gender,preoperative heart function,smoking history,chronic bronchitis history,preoperative lung function,coronary artery disorder,postoperative LVEF and pulmonary infection to hypoxemia among 62patients was collected and statistically analyzed.The nursing method for 14patients with post-operative hypoxemia was recorded.Result Hypoxemia was correlated with smoking history,preoperative lung function,postoperative LVEF,postoperative low cardiac output and pulmonary infection,but did not relate to age,gender,chronic bronchitis history,coronary artery disorder.Conclusion Hypoxemia after off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting is correlated with multi-factors.It can be corrected likely with dynamic monitoring and high-quality nursing.
